**Twitchin Whiskers Tackle Lifetime Warranty** Twitchin Whiskers Tackle ("TWT") warrants to the original purchaser of its fishing rods that each rod will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the rod. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or improper care and maintenance. If a TWT rod is found to be defective under this warranty, TWT will repair or replace the rod at its discretion, free of charge. To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must return the rod to TWT, along with a copy of the original purchase receipt and a clear photo of the defect. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to return the rod to TWT. **If there is a part that can be fixed, TWT will provide the fix via mail to the original purchaser.** The purchaser will be responsible for installing the fix. Examples of abuse that are not covered under this warranty include: * Overloading the rod beyond its rated capacity * Impacting the rod against hard surfaces * Exposing the rod to extreme heat or cold * Using the rod in saltwater without proper rinsing and maintenance TWT reserves the right to void this warranty if it determines that the rod has been abused or damaged in any way. **Shipping** All TWT rods come with free ground shipping. However, if you need to return a rod for warranty service, you will be responsible for shipping costs. **Clear Photos Needed** TWT requires clear photos of all warranty returns before the rod is shipped. This is to help TWT determine the nature of the defect and to ensure that the rod is eligible for warranty service.
